Shipping

All shipping is currently processed using the United States Postal Service (USPS).  our standard shipping method is by priority mail, which allows us to electronically process your shipment, and provide us and you with tracking information.  Shipping times are not guaranteed, but usually take between 2-5 days (excluding Sunday).

Ordering
All regular orders can be placed online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Orders will usually take 1 to 2 business days to process.  Due to the popularity of our products, occasionally we may be out of stock on a particular item.  Out of stock items will usually be available to ship within 5 business days.  You will receive an email confirmation for your order.  Please be aware that the confirmation email you are supposed to receive may be interpreted as SPAM by your email program or email provider.  If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check the "junk" mail box.  If you still cannot find a copy of your order, you may contact us at sales@infusedorganics.com and request that a copy of your order be sent to you.  Doing this should allow you to receive the order confirmation without triggering your anti-spam filters for your email or provider.  Orders place on Fridays or Saturdays will not be processed until the next business day. 

Payment
Payments terms for online orders are by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) or Prepaid only.  We accept personal checks as well as cashier's checks and money orders.  If paying by check or money order, your order will not ship until after the receipt of your payment.  If paying by credit card, your credit card will not be billed until your order is shipped.  If paying by check or money order, your order will not ship until we receive payment, including shipping costs. 

Return Policy
Infused Organics offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.  If you are returning a partial order, we will not refund your original shipping cost.  Customers desiring to return merchandise must do so within 30 days.  A Return of Goods Authorization is required on all returns.  Please email us at sales@infusedorganics.com to receive authorization.  If a product is defective, we will exchange the product, or, if we are unable to offer an exchange, we will refund your money. 

Sales Tax
Currently, sales tax will apply to all orders shipping within the state of Nevada. 

Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice.  Once your order is placed, your price will not be affected for that order if there is a change in price.  Infused Organics will not honor pricing due to server errors, or purchases made through backdoor or cached pages.
