What is the difference between natural and organic?
All organic products are natural, but not all natural products are organic.  Even though the ingredients of a lotion or creme may be natural, modern cultivation techniques have introduced the use of various chemicals and pesticides will make it into the final product, but will not show up on the ingredients list!  Using certified organic ingredients means that no chemicals or pesticides were used during the growth of the various plants and herbs, and the processes used to extract the various oils do not involve the use of any additional chemicals.

What about allergies to certain products?
Just because a skin care product may be natural and/or organic, allergies to certain ingredients may still exist.  For example, if you are allergic to bees, do not use any products that contain honey.  Unlike many of our competitors, we post our ingredients list for you to see before you ever purchase any of our products.  Scan through our ingredients list.  If you are allergic to any ingredient on the list, do not use that product.  Always Test a Product First!  If an alergy develops, stop using it immediately!  If you do develop an allergy to one of our products, we will gladly refund your money.

What about the shelf-life of our products?
Natural ingredients are subject to a shorter shelf-life.  The typical shelf life of our natural based products is between 12 to 24 months.  However, because our products work, you will use them up long before they ever expire.
